Secure Cabs Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, along with the web-based booking form, constitute the entire Agreement between you and Secure Cabs regarding the provision of taxi services (“Service”). By completing your booking and using the Service, you agree unconditionally to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Terms and Conditions for Airport Transfers
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 All airport transfers must be pre-booked and confirmed via email, phone, or an online booking system.
1.2 A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total fare is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.
1.3 Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received, and the customer receives a confirmation email or SMS.
1.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight details, pickup time, and destination.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Prices are based on the distance, vehicle type, and time of booking.
2.2 Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra luggage, tolls, or route changes.
2.3 The remaining 80% balance must be paid before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1 The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
3.2 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be refunded excluding the 20% deposit.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup may be charged 50% of the total fare (including the non-refundable deposit).
3.4 No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
4.1 The driver will wait up to 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals after the flight lands.
4.2 If the customer is delayed beyond this waiting time, additional charges may apply, or the booking may be canceled without a refund.
4.3 The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Luggage & Passenger Responsibility
5.1 Each passenger is allowed standard luggage (e.g., one suitcase and one hand luggage). Oversized or excess baggage must be disclosed at the time of booking.
5.2 The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
5.3 Passengers must comply with safety rules, including seatbelt use.
6. Conduct & Behavior
6.1 Passengers must behave in a respectful manner; aggressive, intoxicated, or illegal behavior may result in the termination of service without a refund.
6.2 Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) may not be permitted in the vehicle.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
7.1 The company is not liable for missed flights due to unforeseen delays, mechanical issues, or force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters).
7.2 In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.
8. Changes & Amendments
8.1 Any changes to the booking (e.g., pickup time, destination) must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
8.2 The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9. Complaints & Disputes
9.1 Any complaints should be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the service.
9.2 Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local governing
